Return Policy

These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only. No refund is given for shipping charges other than the exceptions below.

There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on final markdown or sale items.  All sales are final!

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns With an Original Sales Receipt
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time.

No refunds or exchanges on books and/or printed material.

Returns Without a Receipt

Online refunds will defer to account history and price paid of order number, if provided by customer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail

To return any Beverly Hills Motorsport Online purchase by mail:

Call or email us BEFORE you return any merchandise so we can provide you with details. Make a copy of your original invoice or receipt.  If you do not have the receipt, enclose your complete details that were
used to make the purchase, name, shipping and billing address, telephone number and email address and the reason for the return. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order. If you'd like an exchange, let us know. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order, NOT the shipping to return the items to us. Include the name and address of where the item is to be shipped. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return information indicated above. Packages must be returned using either USPS, UPS, DHL or  FedEx with tracking information -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Credit Card Refunds

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
