After a 20 year absence from the U.S.A., Maserati debuted the Coupe and Spyder at the Detroit Auto Show in 2002. Based on the 3200 GT, the Spyder would use a normally aspirated V8 engine, a departure from the turbo engines Maserati became synonymous with for 20 years. The beautiful lines were penned by Italian Giorgetto Giugiaro of Italdesign. This beautiful 1:43 replica is painted and assembled by hand by BBR of Italy.
