You are looking at an actual Rear Wing Element from one of the best Formula One cars to be produced by Ferrari, the Type 248 or F1-2001. Piloted by Barrichello and Schumacher and driven to claim both the Drivers and Constructors Championship, the Type 248 (which stands for 2400cc ‘24’ and ‘8’ Cylinders) spent countless hours on the wind tunnel which led to the ‘triple plane’ front wing and ‘dual plane’ rear wing. Additionally, the car adopted new rear view mirror positions and a revised rear end. This unique piece comes complete with a factory coded sticker and the famous Marlboro sponsor livery as raced in one of the tobacco supporting venues.
